Job Title: Family Office Assistant

Location: Chattanooga, TN (Hybrid – In-office and on-site support required)

Compensation: $30/hour

Employment Type: Contract (with potential to convert to W-2)

Hours: Full-time for the first month; 20–30 hours/week part-time thereafter

Client: Confidential Family Office (Recruiting managed by EBS Consulting)

About the Role:

EBS Consulting is partnering with a private family office in Chattanooga, TN, to recruit a highly organized and discreet Family Office Assistant . This hybrid position involves administrative and on-site support at both the office and active residential construction sites. We're seeking a proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and values confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support administrative and operational tasks across personal, family, and business matters
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents using Microsoft SharePoint and Apple iOS tools
• Assist with coordination and oversight of residential construction site activities
• Provide in-office support
• Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy
• Lift and transport items up to 35 lbs as needed for various projects

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and iOS (Apple) systems
• Strong digital file organization and document management skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be on-site at active construction locations
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Preferred Traits:

• Prior experience supporting a family office or private household
• Comfort working in informal, but professional family-oriented settings
• Adaptable, self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset
