JOB BRIEF:

Looking to bring your sharp eye, calm composure, and strategic thinking to a high-impact role? Our client, a premier real estate development and investment firm based in Century City , is seeking a temp Executive Assistant to support the CEO with precision and discretion. This is not your typical support role—it's part inbox whisperer, part light project manager, and part trusted right-hand.

You’ll shadow the CEO’s inbox, anticipate needs, and help drive forward key priorities and projects across the firm. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with plenty of runway for the right person to make their mark. The role is on-site five days per week and offers a base salary of $75-85/hr. THE JOB:

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:

Proactively manage the CEO’s inbox and communications, flagging priorities and drafting response
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and events
Assist with light project management, ensuring deadlines are met and details don’t fall through the cracks
Coordinate occasional travel and prepare detailed itineraries
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and executive-level documents
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to support firm-wide initiatives

ABOUT YOU:

7+ years of executive support experience, ideally within real estate development , private equity , construction , or real estate lending
Experience shadowing an executive’s inbox and handling communication with tact
Calm under pressure and highly organized—you manage chaos without showing it
Excellent written communication and ability to draft clear, concise correspondence
Resourceful, proactive, and someone who can operate one step ahead
You bring a “no task too small” mindset and a high standard of professionalism
