Estimator Or Project Manager - Colorado | $110K-$150K Base Salary

A well-established and growing construction firm is seeking a skilled Estimator Or Project Manager to join their Power Delivery team in Colorado . Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documents to assess project scope and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure project success from pre-construction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in estimation or project management within the construction industry (power delivery experience preffered)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with estimating and project management software is a plus
