Join one of South Florida’s most respected general contractors as they continue to deliver Miami’s next generation of high-rise developments.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the preconstruction and bidding efforts on major high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across the region.
What You’ll Do:
📐 Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for ground-up high-rise developments
🏗️ Work closely with precon, design, and operations teams to assess scopes and pricing
📊 Develop bid packages, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and manage take-offs
🔎 Conduct value engineering and budget reviews throughout the preconstruction phase
🤝 Interface directly with developers, consultants, and senior leadership on pricing strategy
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5–10+ years’ experience in estimating (mid/high-rise or commercial projects preferred)
🏢 Strong background with concrete structures, MEP, and curtain wall pricing
📋 Expertise in takeoff software (Bluebeam, OST, PlanSwift, etc.) and Excel
🧠 Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules
🎯 Previous experience working on Miami or South Florida projects is a major plus
