Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Promotion and Marketing to lead our brand’s growth and visibility through innovative marketing and promotional strategies. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
• Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event marketing.
• Oversee and collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
• Plan and execute marketing events, contests, and promotional initiatives to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Prepare and manage promotion and marketing budgets ($800,000 for 2025), ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
• Willing and able to manage the activities necessary to get the quantity of leads needed to maintain and increase the companies appointments for Electrical Service Calls, Estimates for Electrical Projects, HVAC Service Calls and HVAC Projects.
• Ensure promo is designed in-house or by our design subcontractor. 
• Ensure promotion and marketing materials are printed, as well as mail merge letters.and weekly mailings, per company promotional schedule.
• Ensure prospect lists are created and managed. 
• Create and manage Call Scripts and Call In Campaigns.
• Manage all Online Advertising including the Company Website. Manage SEO Services provided by others to get Red Royal Services ranked higher organically. A Plus if you can write copy.
• Ensure our Google Profiles are managed and kept up to date.
• Ensure weekly emails are created and sent out to our large customer and prospect list.
• Manage social media.
• Create/Pilot/Manage online Marketing Funnels.
• Willing to work Home Shows and various shows to generate leads.
• Must live local and be able to work in our Clearwater Office.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record in marketing, promotions, or related leadership roles, with measurable success in driving growth and engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in digital and traditional marketing, content development, and campaign management.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM systems, paid media, and vendor management 1 .
• Knowledge of SEO, public relations, and content marketing.
• Portfolio of successful campaigns and media contacts.
