Location: HYBRID – Riverwoods, IL

Duration: Sep 1, 2025 – Mar 1, 2027

Pay Rate: $60-65 /hour W2 + Benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking a Designer with strong in-house agency experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio showcasing effective design solutions for business needs, particularly in digital marketing and advertising. This role requires a balance of creativity and execution, working with writers and account executives to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all customer touchpoints
• Collaborate and ideate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to presentation, edits, and release
• Provide design support to meet diverse business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, or related field
• Professional design experience, preferably in a digital agency or in-house environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions for business problems
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign in particular) and Figma
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications (Desired):

• Experience working with cross-functional creative teams (writers, account executives, etc.)
• Background in digital marketing or advertising design
