Data Analytics Manager Position Overview:

The Data Analytics Manager will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide data strategy for an established and growing organization. This is a highly visible role for a hands-on leader who will build and scale a business intelligence function that empowers data-driven decision-making across all departments.

This opportunity is ideal for a data professional with strong Power BI skills and experience working across sales, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.

Data Analytics Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a company-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals

Lead the design and deployment of executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools

Partner with leadership to translate business needs into actionable insights

Build and manage the Power BI environment for real-time analytics and enterprise reporting

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve data structure and visualization workflows

Standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency and clarity across functions

Analyze trends across pricing, sales, inventory, customer behavior, and operations

Support forecasting and planning efforts through advanced data modeling

Advocate for data governance, integrity, and accessibility across systems

Data Analytics Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel; Python or R experience is a plus
• Experience working in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
