Customer Service Representative - Loxley, AL

Shift: Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Will still be given 2 days a week off (Sunday & 1 day during the work week)

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

Day-to-Day:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and assist drivers over the phone: dispatch to new addresses, routing and coordinating with drivers on status of deliveries, etc.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience within a logistics/supply chain/warehouse setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Huge Plus: Bilingual in Spanish and English
