The Curriculum School Coordinator is an outreach position for the Hillsdale College Curriculum School program that works in intimate coordination with our marketing team. The person in this role must have detailed knowledge of the Hillsdale K-12 Curriculum and the Curriculum School Program, must be bold and articulate in promoting it, and must be creative and self-motivated in continually finding increasingly more effective ways to find and enroll mission-aligned schools. Such a person possesses outstanding organizational and communication skills and unambiguously understands, supports, and can explain the mission and philosophy of Hillsdale College and its K-12 Education Office. This position demands high functioning, independent work in alignment with K-12 processes and practice and in collaboration with members of the K-12 team.
While working onsite at Hillsdale College is preferred, remote work for excellent applicants will be considered.

Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a classical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job.

The Curriculum School Coordinator interacts with people across the country on behalf of the Hillsdale K-12 Office as well as College staff and the entire Hillsdale benefactor audience. A neat appearance and a pleasant demeanor that is enthusiastic about the College mission is essential. This demeanor needs to be engaging and always professional. Additionally, all K-12 Department personnel must have good communication skills in order to effectively discuss Hillsdale College and the K-12 Department with individuals across the country. Candidates must have an understanding of the mission of Hillsdale College and its philosophy, as well as educational practices and philosophies of the initiative.
