Job Overview Perfetto Enterprises Co Inc is seeking skilled Concrete Form Setters to support our heavy civil construction projects in Queens and Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing concrete curbs and sidewalks, as well as a strong understanding of forming techniques, site preparation, and concrete placement. This role is critical to the success of our infrastructure work and requires teamwork, precision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship

Key Responsibilities - Set forms for concrete curbs, sidewalks, and related flatwork per specifications and drawings
- Measure, mark, and align forms according to layout plans
- Install and secure wooden and metal forms to shape concrete
- Coordinate with laborers, finishers, and equipment operators on-site
- Assist with concrete placement and ensure proper finishes and textures
- Maintain clean and safe work zones in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Perform basic carpentry and formwork adjustments as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
Qualifications - Required:
- Experience in setting forms for concrete curbs and sidewalks
- Knowledge of NYC construction practices and site safety protocols
- Ability to read grade stakes, tape measures, and layout drawings
- OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain
- Preferred:
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience on union or public sector construction projects
- Familiarity with rebar placement and concrete finishing techniques
- Additional Skills:
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Physically capable of performing tasks in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Work Schedule - Full-Time - Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend work depending on project timelines
Work Location - Job sites primarily located in Queens and Brooklyn, NY
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required
