We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our growing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and supporting our teams with documentation, reporting, and outreach. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, reports, and documentation

  • Maintain clear, concise messaging aligned with company goals and brand tone

  • Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders

  • Support in the development of training materials, manuals, and presentations

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from partners, clients, or internal teams

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all written content

  • Assist with event coordination, scheduling, and meeting follow-ups as needed

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or operations role

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other professional communication tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
