Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist – Utilization Management & MTM
Location: 100% Remote (But looking candidates near Buffalo, NY Utica, NY Syracuse, NY & Rochester, NY)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months
Overview:
Support Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange lines of business with a focus on safe, cost-effective medication use through Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and telephonic Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
