Love cookies? Us too! Come work with us.  We are a small, family owned Italian cookie company located in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn (on the R, F and G train lines). We supply supermarkets and online customers with our special and delicious cookies. We also serve coffee, food and pastry to customers. Job description: - Clean baking equipment and utensils, espresso machine, maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas including tables, floors, shelves and refrigerators.  - Clean and organize storage area. - Restock inventory for the following day. - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth food service operations. Skills: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
