Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will

  • Strategically Partner with the CEO

  • Drive Cross-Departmental Alignment
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Member Services to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Lead High-Impact Initiatives
  • Oversee projects that directly enhance member experiences, operational efficiencies, and global community growth.
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance
  • Evaluate essential metrics—including member retention, satisfaction, revenue growth—to inform strategic pivots and scalable success.
  • Represent the CEO
  • Act as the CEO’s trusted delegate, embodying the Society’s core values of prestige, integrity, and discretion in all engagements.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
  • Continuously assess leadership strategies, emerging practices, and competitive intelligence to maintain our distinctive edge.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Law, Hospitality, Business) preferred; exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s and extensive experience considered.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in strategic operations, leadership, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally within high-growth or elite professional service environments.
  • Proven experience directly supporting C-suite executives or managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in CRM and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and polished executive presence suitable for elite stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with membership-based organizations, luxury clientele, or niche industry segments is highly advantageous.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally and maintain flexibility in schedule alignment with CEO demands.
