Avenica is a Talent Partner of Walser Automotive Group, helping to launch dynamic careers at all Walser dealership stores.

This is an application for Paint Seal Technicians at Walser Automotive.

Location: Report to Burnsville, MN

Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr DOE

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm CT (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Wash all vehicles using the clay bar treatment method, prior to paint seal application
• Perform light detail for interior of vehicles prior to interior protection application
• Apply interior protection to vehicles
• Apply paint seal to vehicles
• Assist with quality control inspections on all completed vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop area
• Participate in daily shop huddles

We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of car detailing experience. Prior paint seal work is not required
• Must have a thorough understanding of detailing vehicles
• Must be able to work in a team atmosphere
• Must have a valid MN Driver’s License
• Must be at least 18 years of age
