CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is on the lookout for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Automotive Porter/Valet to become a vital part of our dealership team. If you're passionate about cars, love working with people, and enjoy keeping things organized and running smoothly, this is the role for you! As an Automotive Porter/Valet, you’ll be more than just a lot attendant—you’ll be a key player in creating an exceptional first and last impression for our customers. From keeping our lot spotless to offering top-notch valet service, your mission is to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do:

• Keep our dealership lot clean, organized, and looking sharp at all times
• Move and park vehicles with care, following dealership layout and standards
• Perform regular lot checks and report anything that needs attention
• Greet customers with a smile, help with parking, and retrieve vehicles when needed
• Answer questions and lend a hand to ensure a smooth, enjoyable customer experience
• Support our team with vehicle inventory tracking and lot organization
• Take on additional duties that help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a big plus
• Excellent multitasking skills and a strong sense of organization
• A natural people-person with top-notch customer service abilities
• Able to work outdoors and handle physical tasks (you’ll be on your feet and moving!)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
