The Opportunity
The Fresno office of LCW is seeking to hire a mid-level litigation associate to join its labor and employment practice. This role offers a flexible hybrid working schedule, allowing for a balance of in-office presence and remote work, which supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and FLSA. Prior employment litigation experience is required. Experience in trial, mediation, or other dispute resolution processes is preferred but not required. Public sector experience is considered a plus.
