We're looking for Self Starters who have experience in selling Home Services to both Residential and Commercial Markets.

Top Sales People will achieve between $90,000 to $200,000 per year

Responsibilities

Must have high Integrity, be able to understand and put themselves in the shoes of the customer, have great communication skills, and be a self starter.

• Respond to leads within 5 mins of them coming in and successfully qualify and book a Roof Inspection
• In addition to leads that are being generated by Social Media, TV and Referrals, you'll also be generating your own leads through sales canvassing to home owners in neighborhoods where we already have customers
• Be able to present the Roof Maxx Solution, prepare estimates, negotiate where needed and close deals
• Enter and manage customer information in our CRM System

Qualifications

• Required: At least 1–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement).
• Preferred: Experience in in-home sales , door-to-door sales , or insurance restoration sales .
• With a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Required: Willingness to learn quickly and undergo product training.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and overcoming objections.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Proficient with smartphones, CRMs, and apps like Dispatch and CompanyCam
• Ability to create estimates, follow up on leads, and manage customer records.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Bonus: If comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs if needed
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ideally based in North County San Diego or willing to travel daily to North County SD and South OC
