Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide their teams and leadership in adopting agile methodologies throughout the organization. This person will play a critical role in mentoring, strategizing, and embedding agile values into our culture to help deliver better services, more efficiently.

***Candidates Must be located in the Metro Atlanta area.

***Onsite work then will be Hybrid: 3 days onsite weekly.

The ideal candidate is passionate about agile principles, experienced in organizational change, and ready to work across teams and departments to improve collaboration, delivery speed, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and processes; design strategies for agile adoption.
• Mentor teams in scrum, kanban, and other agile practices to align with long-term organizational goals.
• Facilitate agile workshops and provide hands-on coaching to team members, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• Promote continuous improvement through goal setting, metrics, and agile tools.
• Champion agile mindset across departments, from technical staff to executive leadership.
• Guide Scrum Masters and project leads in developing high-performing, self-organizing teams.
• Help implement structured prioritization frameworks and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach on managing technical debt and reducing workflow bottlenecks.
• Support cultural transformation and change management throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of scrum, kanban, and scaling agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to implement agile in both agile-native and hybrid waterfall environments.
• Experience coaching in diverse work cultures, from grassroots teams to senior executives.
• Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated success in breaking down organizational silos and promoting DevOps alignment.
• Experience with value-based prioritization and integrating QA into the agile lifecycle.
• Familiarity with managing organizational change and promoting proactive problem-solving approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe, PSM, CSM).
• Prior experience coaching at large enterprises or Fortune 500 companies.
• Background in computer science, business, or project management.
• Experience in leadership or management roles.
