Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Duties:

  • Review and understand basic real estate documents to determine proper assignment
  • Monitor and manage team assignments using Excel spreadsheets, including tracking PTO and vacation schedules
  • Assess individual bandwidth using spreadsheet data to appropriately assign matters across the team
  • Utilize email effectively for communication and task coordination
  • Use collaboration tools such as Slack for team communication and updates
  • Assist in the preparation of basic documents using templates
  • Update process information and documentation

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience handling legal documents such as contracts, amendments, and related materials
  • 1+ year of experience working with real estate documentation, including leases and associated legal forms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The approximate pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $24.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
